From Ranger to Engineer, Every Role Builds the Same Future
SAGA 6.2 is more than a climate concept. The compound is live. The crops are growing under solar panels. Catfish are swimming in our RAS tanks. High-temperature pyrolysis kilns are producing biochar. Every job card here represents a critical operational anchor.
View Open Roles & ApplyFPIC PRIORITY HIRING
If you are from regions across Eastern Nigeria and surrounding communities, you have first right of consideration for all community and local operations roles. We are committed to Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) standards. No formal school qualifications are required for local roles, and full training is provided on-site. This is your project.
Closed-loop agri-aquaculture + biochar on a single site. Solar, catfish, pyrolysis kilns, duckweed lagoons. Nothing wasted. Nothing imported.
30% of all carbon revenues flow directly to the host community — clinics, schools, boreholes, youth employment. Impact is auditable by design.
Verra VM0044 v2.0 + Gold Standard Safeguards. VVB-validated. Satellite + IoT dMRV. ITMO-eligible under the bilateral NG-SG framework.
“This isn't a concept. It's a culmination — of a decade on the ground, every small solution stacked into one model that works, scales, and belongs to the communities it serves.”

EDUCATION & APPRENTICESHIP
Not every opportunity here requires a CV. The SAGA 6.2 Hub Education Facility runs a three-tier apprenticeship programme designed for young Nigerians who are mission-aligned but earlier in their journey. You learn by doing — on a live, operating facility. You leave with a trade certification, an AI credential, and a career that lasts longer than any pitch.
Host Community Priority: Designed first for residents of host communities in Cross River State and surrounding communities. If you live in these communities, you have preferred enrollment status. No prior school qualifications are required to start Tier 1.
“When the boots hang up, the hands still work. When the pitch closes, the code still runs. When the game ends, the profession endures.”
Foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills mapped to UBEC and HOPE-EDU standards. The entry point for all learners, bridging formal schooling to vocational pathways. No prior qualifications required.
Five hands-on tracks run from the live facility: Pyrolysis & Biochar, Aquaculture & Fish Farming, Microgrid & Solar, dMRV Sensor Operations, and Regenerative Agriculture. Certified by NBTE.
Four trade tracks: Plumbing, Electrical, Construction Engineering, and Infrastructure. Internationally aligned to City & Guilds standards for mobility pathways beyond Nigeria.
Four specializations including coaching pathways, sports medicine, sports administration, and career transition. Co-designed with a US partner for white-label delivery. FIFA/CAF aligned for coaching badges.
Technology education in partnership with Cisco, Google, Microsoft, and IBM. Graduates receive industry-recognized certifications. The digital skill layer that makes every trade credential globally mobile.
Credit articulation agreements with University of Calabar (primary partner) and mapped NUC pathways. Complete your apprenticeship and continue to a degree. Five certification levels with full mobility.
Nigerians aged 16-30. School leavers, athletes in career transition, community members in the host locality. Priority intake from host communities in regions across Eastern Nigeria.
A live facility to train on. A certified qualification. A pathway to a professional career in carbon, aquaculture, construction, or technology. 30% of hub revenues fund your community.
Accredited under UBEC (literacy), NBTE (vocational), NUC (university pathway), HOPE-EDU, and SUBEB. City & Guilds for international trade mobility. FIFA/CAF for sports sciences.
You will be among the first people to operationalize Article 6.2 on the African continent. That credential follows you for the rest of your career in climate finance.
No simulation. No pilot concept. The facility is operational in regions across Eastern Nigeria. Your work connects directly to live sensors, real fish, running kilns.
30% of every credit you verify funds clinics, schools, and youth employment in the host community. The impact is in the code, in the contract, in Annex C.
